By making a reservation with Boston Transportation Services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Here, we help you understand better, some important points on being our valued customer. We appreciate your interest in Boston Transportation Services.

For all CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS, when you book a ride with us, we ask for a credit card to hold your reservation and we charge the credit card provided after we perform the service.


A reservation is confirmed after a payment method is provided and all needed details, followed by a confirmation email, No confirmation email received, means no reservation has been made..

A quote can be requested by phone, text, email or by filling the ‘Online Quote Request form“. When we give you a price, it doesn’t mean a Reservation has been made, unless a credit card was provided and the client has received a confirmation email.

No deposits are required for all transfers..

Waiting Time:
Free wait time for all Airport pick ups, as long as it doesn’t exceed 30 minutes for local flights, and 60 minutes for international ones.
No extra charges for delayed or canceled flights.

We charge an additional $1.50 per minute for a sedan waiting time and $2.00 per minute for an SUV waiting time, after exceeding the Grace Period.

No Show:
A customer will be fully charged if they fail to show for the pick up.
To avoid being charged, please notify us as soon as you know that you don’t need the ride anymore.

You can cancel your ride Free of Charge when you give more than 24 hours notice.
Any cancellation made within the 24 hours period, the customer will be charged in full.

Hourly Reservations:
Minimum of 3 hours are required for sedans, 4 hours for SUVs and 6 hours for Vans & Stretch Limousines.
Travel time from/to our facility may apply for all pick ups 30 minutes away from our facility.

Additional Fees:
Tolls and parking fees will be added to the base rate, if applicable. Logan airport Toll is $8.50 ($3.25 Massport fees + $5.25 Tunnel fees).
A $25.00 fee will be applied for each extra stop requested along the trip with no longer than 15 minutes wait.

Flight Tracking:
We track all flights to ensure a chauffeur at the time of arrival.
We will do our best to have a chauffeur on location ready to pick you up, in case of a major delay or early landing.

Meet and Greet:
We offer a meet & greet service at airports and train stations. A greeter assists you with your luggage and walks you to the limo stand to meet your chauffeur. The fee for a meet & greet Service is $50.00.

Client Feedback & Review:
Client input is very important to us. Please do not hesitate to send us your comments, suggestions and feedback via phone or email.
Writing a review is strongly encouraged when receiving an absolutely excellent service to show your appreciation and to share your experience with other people.

Cleanup and Damage Fees
Renter assumes full responsibility for the repair cost of any damage inside and outside of the vehicle during the term of the rental.
Repair cost may vary, depending on the extent of the damage and of the vehicle’s down time, caused by the damage.
Typical repair costs are as follows:
Spills/Stains: $300 or more depending on extent of damage.
Rips or burns on upholstery, seats or carpet: $800+ depending on extent of damage.
If someone pukes [vomit] inside the vehicle there is a minimum $400 clean up fee, to cover the extra hours of professional clean up and vehicle down time.

No Smoking
All of our vehicles are No Smoking vehicles. The driver will be happy to stop for you, as many smoke breaks as you need along the way.

No Underage Drinking
No underage drinking or underage possession of alcohol in the vehicle at any time. Chauffeur at his sole discretion may
terminate the trip with no refunds if underage drinking is occurring inside the vehicle.

Lost Items
Renter assumes sole responsibility for any and all lost, stolen or missing personal items during the term of the rental.
Please be sure to gather all your belongings when you exit the vehicle at the end of the rental.

Our promise:
We promise to offer the best on time service every time, with clean and well maintained vehicles and friendly professional chauffeurs.

Client info:
We don’t share client information with any third party vendors. Boston Transportation Services does keep a record of customer’s credit cards in a safe encrypted software, to use in future service’s requests.


Customer (Client) agrees to the following terms and conditions of the contract – 

Extra stops (minimum charge) $20.00 charged accordingly based on locations and wait time will apply if it exceeds the 15 minutes, price is $1.5 per minute for a sedan and $2.00 per minute for the SUV. A cancellation fee equal to the trip cost, will be charged for any cancellation made less than 24 hours from the scheduled pick-up time. For pick-ups outside of Massachusetts, a 48-hour notice is required. For stretch Limos and VANs 7 days’ notice is required to cancel. A no-show fee equal to the trip cost, including applicable waiting time, will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. If you cannot locate your driver, please call 781-922-0107 to avoid a no-show billing. For Airport pick-ups Wait time starts after 30 min of local flight arrival and 1 hour after international flight arrival, For FBO’s and residence, wait time is 15 minutes. All rates are subject to change without notice. Boston Transportation Services LLC shall not be responsible for delays or services not rendered due to circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to bad weather, road conditions and vehicle breakdowns. Boston Transportation Services LLC. is not responsible for articles left in the Vehicles. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Boston Transportation Services LLC reserves the right to charge a clean-up fee. The minimum fee is $400.00 for any passenger vomiting or excessive spillage, or damage caused during rental. This fee may be higher depending on the amount of cleaning and downtime of the vehicle. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. The driver will gladly pull over when safe upon request. Client agrees for his/her party will not exceed the passenger capacity of the vehicle provided.At Boston Transportation Services LLC, we don’t share client information with any third-party vendors.
